  • Japanese (Benkay) Kitchen Chef 

    Job Description:

    •  Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Japanese Kitchen.

    • To conduct associates’ training, and make sure the presenting quality of Japanese cuisine.

    •  Good management skills and sense of cost control

    • Other tasks per instructed by superior.

    Job Knowledge / Skill:

    • Rich experiences at Japanese cuisine management.

    • To establish all kinds of control system (Food hygiene and cost).

    • At least 2 years concerned working experience.

    • Basic English orally to communicate with guest.
