  • Director of Human Resources

    Job Description:

    • Set up hotel human resources strategies and hand in to GM.

    • Providing training to managers about recruitment and assessment.

    • Be a consultant to management and employees.

    • Develop and correct work problems related to employees (including absenteeism, talent flow, stabilization of staff, employee morale, etc.)

    • Managing hotel labor issues

    • Establish good relationships with external institutions, including government training institutions, training consultants, private training providers and industry associations

    • Providing advises to GM to achieve strategic objectives

    • Managing legal issues.

    Job Knowledge / Skill:

    • Good communication skills

    • Fully represents the ability of the hotel, brand and company to interact with customers, employees and third parties

    • Knowledge of local Labour law and employment law

    • Ability to solve problems, reason, call upon, organize and train

    • Good English writing and communication skills

    • Four years of relevant work experience or similar management experience, or comparable education background combined with work experience

    Job Description:
